Sales Manager

Main responsibilities:

+ Ensure sales growth by building loyalty with existing customers and creating new strategic partnerships.
+ Actively prospect for new customers in a variety of sectors (international transport, logistics, etc.).
+ Negotiate and conclude contracts by proposing appropriate transport solutions (containers, RORO, express, air).
+ Working with internal teams to optimise sales proposals and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Analysing market needs and helping to develop the company’s sales strategy.

Profile required:

+ Degree in international trade, logistics or equivalent.
+ Proven B2B sales experience in the transport or logistics sector.
+ Strong negotiation and customer portfolio development skills.
+ Team spirit, autonomy and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
+ Fluency in French and English (another language would be a plus).

Logistics Engineering Support

Main responsibilities:

+ Assisting the department manager in dealing with specific logistical requests, particularly for outsize shipments.
+ Coordinate transport planning with external service providers to ensure that deadlines are met and goods are safe.
+ Analysing complex logistics requirements and proposing appropriate technical solutions.
+ Monitoring transport files in conjunction with internal teams and customers to ensure that specific requirements are met.
+ Using IT tools and logistics management software to monitor operations.

Profile required:

+ Degree in logistics or transport engineering or equivalent.
+ Experience in logistics management, ideally in complex environments (oversized transport, special goods).
+ Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with rigour and method.
+ Good command of logistics management IT tools.
+ Excellent communication skills in French and English.

Transit employee

Main responsibilities:

+ Manage the administrative operations involved in transit, in particular the registration and preparation of transport documents.
+ Check that documents (invoices, certificates, etc.) comply with customs requirements.
+ Send the required documents to customs and monitor the status of declarations.
+ Monitor shipments and inform customers of the stages in the process.
+ Working with internal and external departments to ensure smooth customs operations.

Profile required:

+ Degree in international trade, logistics or equivalent.
+ Good knowledge of transit procedures and customs regulations.
+ Organisation, rigour and ability to manage priorities.
+ Mastery of transit management software and customs documents.

Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English.

 

Operating Agent

Main responsibilities:

+ Carrying out administrative tasks relating to the preparation and registration of transport documents.
+ Planning transport flows in coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
+ Monitor shipments and ensure that deliveries meet agreed deadlines.
+ Identifying and resolving any logistical problems by proposing practical and rapid solutions.
+ Monitor and analyse the performance of operations to improve the management of logistics flows.

Profile required:

+ Degree in transport and logistics or equivalent.
+ Experience in logistics management and operations, ideally in international transport.
+ Good organisational skills, responsiveness and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances.
+ Good command of transport management IT tools.
+ Fluency in French and good English skills.
